Ink Unit Temperature Control System
As Offset printing machine has a large increase in speed with the technical advantage, temperature of rollers in printing machine trends to become higher. Roller temperature during the press’ star-up phase and in full operation has big difference and this could affect conditions of inks, resulting in poor printing quality.
Roller temperature controllers are designed to stabilize temperatures of oscillator rollers or ink fountain rollers of printing machines by circulating chilled water.
Not only does optimizing roller temperatures minimize the risk of deterioration of printing quality, but it brings the benefits of “stable printing quality”, “”shortened make-ready time”, “increased productivity” and so on.
