Dampening Solution Recirculation Systems
The printing method of offset printing uses rebounding of ink and water, and the water used is called dampening solution. Thermal management and ingredient management are very important for this dampening solution, and it also affects printing quality. A dampening solution recirculation system is the equipment which keeps ingredient and temperature of dampening solution constant in order to perform high-quality printing, and circulates dampening solution to a printing press.
TOP-ONE ECO series is the product which collected experience and technology of COSMOTECH. It is equipment of the energy-saving type which has standard adoption of the refrigerant gas of R407C.

TOP-ONE ECO 502 is well-equipped and reliable unit for 40″ and 44″ presses.
Automatic etch/ IPA injection, touch screen operation and such “must” functions are equipped.
Dampening solution concentration is controlled by either the etch density control mode or the pH monitoring mode.
There are no screws on the cover plates and it makes cleaning and maintenance easier.
Moreover, if a water cooled type refrigerator is adopted, amount of exhaust heat in a factory can be cut. (In the case of a water cooled type refrigerator, it usually becomes combined use with a roller cooling system. A roller cooling system and a chilling unit are sold separately.)

TOP-ONE ECO 602 is a unit for large format and web presses.
It inherited the basic design pattern and functions from “ECO” series. In addition, considering customer’s usability, the top panel is designed to slide open.
Moreover, if a water cooled type refrigerator is adopted, amount of exhaust heat in a factory can be cut. (In the case of a water cooled type refrigerator, it usually becomes combined use with a roller cooling system. A roller cooling system and a chilling unit are sold separately.)
